Position: Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Reporting to: COMO Shambhala Wellness Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Provide personalised Traditional Chinese Medicine consultations and treatments tailored to each guest's health and wellness goals.
• Deliver a range of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Oriental Medicine modalities, including acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, gua shua, Tui Na, and other therapeutic techniques for which the practitioner is appropriately trained and licensed.
• Lead engaging private and group sessions in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, and breathwork; expertise in one or more of these modalities would be an advantage.
• Incorporate appropriate dietary and lifestyle guidance into each guest's overall wellness programme, where legally permitted.
• Clearly explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, and after care recommendations while upholding the highest standards of guest care, confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Chinese Medicine practice experience in spa, wellness resort, or clinic setting preferred.
• Strong ability to assess and diagnose according to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
