Position Summary / 岗位简介

Fortune Logistics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and office administration. This position will coordinate with warehouse employees, dispatchers, and management; prepare documents; track orders and shipments; and assist with employee and facility administration.

Fortune Logistics 现招聘一名认真细致、组织能力强的仓库运营行政助理，负责支持仓库日常运营及办公室行政工作。该岗位需要与仓库员工、调度及管理人员保持沟通，准备相关文件，追踪订单和货物，并协助处理员工及仓库行政事务。

协助管理员工出勤、排班、工时表及基础薪资文件。协助处理新员工入职文件、培训记录及员工档案。维护仓库设备、检查、保养及维修记录。订购并管理办公室、仓库、安全及运输用品。协助保持办公室及仓库环境整洁、有序。完成公司安排的其他仓库运营及行政工作。

• 有仓库行政、物流运营、收发货或办公室支持经验者优先。
• 具备较强的跟进、组织及多任务处理能力。
• 能够在快节奏的仓库环境中准确完成工作。
• 工作细致，具备准确的数据录入能力。
• 能够熟练使用 Microsoft Excel、Word、Outlook及常用办公系统。
• 具备良好的沟通和客户服务能力。
• 工作可靠、守时、有责任心，并能够独立完成任务。
• 能够与仓库员工、司机、客户及管理层有效沟通。
• 有仓库、卡车运输、物流、配送或运输公司经验者优先。
• 熟悉库存、仓库、运输或订单管理系统者优先。
• 有司机排班、货物追踪或调度支持经验者优先。
• 必须为中英文双语者。
• 必须能够处理工作优先级变化及紧急运营需求。

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
