Key Responsibilities:

• Possess strong communication skills
• Supervises service crew service standards
• Manages specific station or section tables
• Provide professional link between customer, servers & kitchen
• Oversees all service station readiness
• Maintain high quality food & beverage services
• Greet & seat customers in warmly manner
• Take food & drink orders accurately and offer menu recommendation through skilled knowledge in all dishes. Reaffirmed orders with customers before sending orders.
• Check on tables during meals to ensure satisfaction
• Handle & resolve complains professionally
• Present accurate final bill
• Train, coach & guide junior servers on service standards & grooming on daily basis

• 监督服务团队的服务标准
• 负责指定服务区域或餐桌的管理
• 作为顾客、服务员及厨房之间的专业沟通桥梁
• 确保所有服务区域准备就绪
• 维持高质量的餐饮服务水平
• 以亲切、热情的态度迎接及安排顾客入座
• 准确记录顾客的食物及饮料订单，并凭借对菜单及菜品的充分了解，为顾客提供专业的菜单推荐；下单前与顾客再次确认订单
• 用餐期间巡视餐桌，确保顾客满意
• 以专业方式处理及解决顾客投诉
• 准确呈上最终账单
• 每日培训、指导及协助初级服务员，确保其符合服务标准及仪容仪表要求

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Possess friendly & warm attitude all customers
• Ability to stand for long hours & work on shifts
• Work fast and diligently during peak hours
• Willingness to multitask
• Team player
• Professional demeanour with strong customer first approach
• 具备2年相关工作经验者优先
• 对顾客保持友善、亲切及热情的服务态度
• 能够长时间站立，并配合轮班工作
• 高峰时段能够快速、认真及有效率地完成工作
