Chinese Speaker

PT Winga Garment Indonesia based company is currently seeking a Chinese Speaker (Project Coordinator & Translator) to join our factory construction project in Central Java, Semarang

This role will serve as a communication bridge between our local project team and the Chinese EPC contractor, supporting daily coordination, interpretation, translation, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin, English/Indonesian interpretation during meetings, site discussions, and daily communications.

• Translate project documents, technical drawings, reports, specifications, emails, and correspondence.

• Coordinate communication between the Owner, Civil Engineers, Design Team, and Chinese EPC Contractor.

• Prepare meeting minutes, monitor action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with project documentation, filing, and document control.

• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

• Support procurement, administration, and other project-related activities when Chinese language assistance is required.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Candidates based in the Semarang area are preferred.

- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), both spoken and written.

- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Willing to be based in Central Java and travel to the project site when required.
