What they need
Job Title: Chinese–Urdu Bilingual Assistant
Location: Dubai
Work Type: Primarily fieldwork, assisting supervisors with team management
Job Responsibilities:
Assist supervisors with daily management tasks and team coordination
Follow up on sales or business-related fieldwork
Serve as a trilingual bridge (Chinese, Urdu and English) to facilitate communication and execution within the team
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese, Urdu and English (strong speaking, reading, and writing skills)
Strong communication skills and a good sense of teamwork
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):
Experience in team management, sales, or customer service
Prior living or working experience in Dubai / Middle East
Salary & Benefits:
