About the role
VIMARN SOUL FOOD is seeking personnel with a passion for service, good personality, and the ability to communicate in Chinese to be part of creating an impressive dining experience for our customers, especially Chinese and foreign customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and care for customers with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism
- Provide special welcome and care for Chinese customers
- Communicate and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and services in Chinese
- Receive and manage Reservation / Walk-in Guest
- Coordinate with Service team, Restaurant Manager, and related departments
- Care for VIP customers and create good experiences throughout their service
- Listen and help resolve customer problems or requests appropriately
- Assist in coordinating Chinese language communication between customers and internal team
- Maintain the image and service standards of the restaurant according to Luxury Service standards
- Work at Chingcha Charlee, Siam Paragon
