Chinese–Thai Technical Translator (IT)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Chinese–Thai Technical Translator to support communication between Chinese-speaking and Thai-speaking teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a computer science, IT, or related technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Translate technical documents, product materials, user guides, system requirements, and internal communications between Chinese and Thai.
• Provide real-time interpretation support for meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions when needed.
• Work closely with technical, product, operations, and local teams to ensure accurate understanding of technical terminology and requirements.
• Help review Thai-language content in systems, presentations, and product interfaces for accuracy and clarity.
• Build and maintain a glossary of commonly used technical terms in Chinese, Thai, and English.
• Support other coordination tasks related to technical communication and localization.

About you

• Fluent in both Chinese and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of software development, IT systems, digital products, or technical documentation.
• Able to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Prior translation, interpretation, localization, or cross-border work experience is a plus, but not required.
