Chinese Translator

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation: Perform live interpretation (consecutive/simultaneous) for internal meetings, operational discussions, and daily workplace communication.
• Translation: Translate business documents, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence between Chinese and Thai/English accurately.
• Departmental Support: Facilitate smooth daily communication between Chinese expatriates, management, and local employees.
• Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks and office support duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Chinese (HSK 5/6 preferred)

• Experience: Prior experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime (OT) or on holidays when required.
