About the role

Support communication between Chinese-speaking and Indonesian employees to ensure clear and effective information exchange. Translate and interpret conversations, documents, instructions, and other work-related materials when required. Assist Chinese team and local teams in daily work coordination and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support communication between Chinese-speaking and Indonesian employees to ensure clear and effective information exchange
• Translate and interpret conversations, documents, instructions, and other work-related materials when required
• Assist Chinese team and local teams in daily work coordination and communication
• Support various departments in administrative, operational, or project-related activities based on business requirements
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, both spoken and written
• HSK certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Good English communication skills will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Adaptable and willing to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
• Willing to be assigned to different functions or departments according to business needs
• Willing to work in Subang, West Java
