Chinese/Western Kitchen Chef De Partie 厨师主管（中厨房/西厨房）

负责中厨房或西厨房某一功能区域（如热菜、冷菜、面点、烧烤、酱汁等）的日常出品管理，确保菜品质量、口味、摆盘及出餐时效符合餐厅标准； 协助厨师长制定本岗位工作流程、备料计划及成本控制方案，合理管控食材损耗与库存； 指导并培训本区域帮厨及学徒，监督其操作规范、食品安全与卫生执行情况； 参与菜单研发与季节性菜品更新，结合市场趋势与客群偏好提出优化建议； 严格执行食品安全法规及餐厅后厨SOP，落实每日清洁、设备维护与台账记录工作。

具备中专及以上学历，烹饪类、餐饮管理类相关专业优先； 拥有5年以上星级酒店或高端社会餐饮中厨房/西厨房工作经验，其中至少2年担任Chef de Partie或同等职能岗位； 精通所负责菜系（中式或西式）的核心工艺、经典菜品制作及标准化操作流程，具备独立完成高难度菜品的能力； 熟悉常用厨房设备操作与保养，掌握基础食品营养、食品安全（HACCP/ISO22000）及成本核算知识； 具备良好的团队协作意识与现场管理能力，能适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境。
