Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with bussing tables, ensuring prompt clearing and resetting of dining areas.
• Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and assist with food handling as needed.
• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about menu items or services.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless operations during service hours.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with food industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants, catering, or hotels.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and coworkers.
• Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is an asset.
• Experience in kitchen operations or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
