We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Chiropodist to join our healthcare team in Ontario. The successful candidate will provide professional foot care services, assess and manage foot-related conditions, and promote patients’ mobility and overall foot health in accordance with the standards of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ foot health, medical history, and presenting concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within the authorized scope of practice.
• Provide routine and therapeutic foot care, including nail care, callus reduction, wound assessment, and orthotic services as appropriate.
• Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and proper footwear.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and obtain informed consent.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients when necessary.
• Provide compassionate, safe, and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of wound management, infection prevention, and high-risk foot care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics, patient safety, and continuing education.
• Experience in home care, geriatrics, or pediatric care is an asset.
