Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with patients before doctor comes in for treatment.
• Set up electrical stimulation, microcurrent stimulation, decompression and dry needling for patients.
• Welcome new patients to office and complete vitals.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Aid in treatment notes within Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Ability to be on feet consistently throughout day.

Experience

• Prior experience in a medical office setting or chiropractic clinic preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy beneficial for understanding treatment procedures
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management for accurate record keeping
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospital or outpatient clinic experience is a plus; familiarity with inpatient or emergency medicine settings can enhance your effectiveness in this role
• Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
