Chiropractic Assistant

Busy Chiropractic Office seeking a mature, experienced Chiropractic Assistant/Administrative Assistant. Candidate must have a good work ethic, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
• Assist with patient rehabilitative exercises and therapeutic modalities under the direction of the doctor
• Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails
• Make sure the reception area and treatment rooms are in excellent condition at all times
• Schedule appointments
• Collect and record patients personal and clinical information
• Verify payment methods and health insurance coverage
• Track inventory
• Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments as needed
• Currently licensed Chiropractic Assistants (through the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners) welcome, but not required for application, we will train the right candidate.

Mon: 8:30 am -1 pm & 2 pm - 7 pm

Tues: 8:30 am - 1 pm

Wed: 8:30 am -1 pm & 2 pm - 7 pm

Thurs: 8:30 am - 1 pm & 2 pm - 7 pm

Fri: 8:30 am -1 pm
