• Starting Rate: $14.50/hour
• Built-in Raises: We reward initiative! As you complete professional certifications to become a Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CA) or a Certified Chiropractic X-Ray Technician (CXT), your hourly pay will increase accordingly.

What You Will Do

• Drive Patient Flow: Manage the clinic floor, prep treatment rooms, and ensure patients transition smoothly with minimal wait times.
• Execute Proven Systems: Follow our fixed Integrity Doctors procedures for daily operations, patient interactions, and front desk management to ensure consistent clinic success.
• Patient Communication: Greet patients with high energy, schedule future appointments, handle check-ins/check-outs, and educate them on our wellness philosophy.
• Active Therapies: Assist the doctor in applying pre- and post-adjustment therapies (such as heat, ice, or traction) while keeping the clinical flow efficient.
