Chiropractic Assistant

Freeman Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for an experienced casual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

You'll be the friendly face of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing bookings and payments, keeping the day running smoothly and making every patient feel valued.

What you'll do

• Welcome and look after patients from hello to goodbye
• Manage bookings, payments, recalls and rebookings for two experienced chiropractors, with a third joining soon
• Handle patient enquiries and keep the clinic organised
• Support referrals and patient engagement
• Help with projects across marketing, retention and clinic growth

You'll fit right in if you

• Have experience in a similar front-desk, personal assistant or customer-facing role
• Are friendly, organised and confident on the phone
• Remember names and the little details that make people feel cared for
• Enjoy a busy, fast-paced environment
• Have an interest in health and wellbeing

Bonus: Experience in chiropractic or another health clinic.

The hours

Casual position, Tuesday–Saturday, expanding to Monday–Saturday in 2027. We’re looking for someone with flexible availability across multiple days, with regular shifts offered around your availability.
