We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the chiropractic practice by providing exceptional patient service and administrative support. This position involves working closely with patients, assisting with their care plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assist chiropractors in patient care and treatment procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EHR systems
• Support front desk operations by greeting patients and managing inquiries.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

No Prior Experience Necessary- We Will Train

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
