Chiropractic Assistant

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at South Central Chiropractic! This part-time role supports the delivery of light therapies, helps maintain a clean and organized treatment space, and will be cross-trained to assist with front desk duties including patient check-in and check-out. Ideal for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and interested in healthcare or wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering light therapies, including applying and removing electrical stimulation (stim) and heat.
• Prepare patients for treatment in coordination with the chiropractor’s schedule.
• Wipe down and sanitize treatment tables between uses.
• Ensure therapy equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
• Support smooth patient flow in therapy and treatment areas.
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence for patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces and supplies.
• Assist as needed with front desk duties such as greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in chiropractic care, physical therapy, or wellness preferred.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, bending, and light lifting.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Basic computer skills and comfort with phone/email communication preferred.

• Location: South Central Chiropractic Sports & Wellness
• Schedule:
• Monday - 10:30AM - 4:30PM
• Tuesday - 3:45PM -7:00PM
• Friday - 10:30AM - 4:30PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
