RejuvenX is urgently hiring a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our Royal Palm Beach team.

Monday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our providers and creating an excellent patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist chiropractors during patient visits and treatments
• Welcome and escort patients throughout their appointments
• Collect patient histories and accurately document information in the EMR
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist with therapy procedures
• Perform X-rays or learn to perform them if not already certified
• Educate patients on treatment plans and provider recommendations
• Help manage patient flow so appointments and treatments run efficiently
• Assist with scheduling, phones, insurance verification, and front-desk responsibilities as needed
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical areas
• Monitor clinic supplies and assist with inventory
• Work closely with providers and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience
• Experience with patient intake and EMR documentation
• Previous X-ray experience or certification is a plus; training is available
• Insurance verification experience is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Full-Time Schedule

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work the complete schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete a Level II AHCA Background Screening
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work the complete Wednesday–Saturday schedule
• Ability to perform the physical and administrative responsibilities of the position

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
