Dynamic, fast-paced Chiropractic Wellness practice seeking high energy, self motivated individual with experience in physical medicine. Organizational and efficiency skills are required to properly serve our patients. Must be able to multi-task and have competency in utilizing Electronic health records, Microsoft Office (EXCEL), and comfortable communicating both over the phone and in person. High school Diploma required, with a certification or license in Athletic training, personal training, or massage therapy preferred. Summary

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be essential in providing outstanding patient service and support within our chiropractic practice. Your skills in patient assessment, medical terminology, and anatomy and physiology will help you assist with patient intake and keep the workflow running smoothly. Reporting directly to the chiropractor, you will utilize your organizational skills and proficiency in utilizing EHR, Microsoft Teams, including Excel, to manage patient records and appointments effectively. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Conduct patient intake by collecting medical history, vitals, and relevant information.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate support during treatment sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for administrative tasks and reporting.
• Stay informed about anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with patients.
• Maintain, update, and use PT and diagnositic equipment.
• Uphold high standards of patient service and confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
