Location: 5180 El Dorado Suite 202 McKinney, TX 75072
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday Requirement: One Saturday per month

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Chiropractic Assistant will support providers with patient care, treatment preparation, scheduling, documentation, and daily clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare setting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and preparation for appointments.
• Obtain and document patient vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, height, and weight.
• Assist providers with patient care and treatment as directed.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and stretching.
• Prepare and assist with therapy equipment and modalities.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and provider instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Assist with additional administrative and clinical duties as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist other staff members when needed.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, chiropractic, medical, or physical therapy office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn EMR systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Obtaining patient vitals.
• TENS/Electrical Stimulation.
• Ultrasound Therapy.
• Hot/Cold Therapy.
• Traction/Decompression Therapy.
• Therapeutic exercises and stretching assistance.
• Patient scheduling and treatment flow.
• Personal injury cases, attorney referrals, and auto accident patients.
• Patient intake and provider documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to assist patients with exercises and therapy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs. when needed.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: One Saturday per month

Candidates must be able to reliably meet the required schedule.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Compensation may be adjusted based on relevant healthcare experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.
