Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Assistant

Grano Pain Relief & Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming office.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures.
• Escort patients to treatment rooms and obtain brief updates on their symptoms and progress.
• Prepare patients for chiropractic treatment and assist with therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and update charts.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables and equipment.
• Assist with general front desk and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Work closely with the doctor and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy medical office.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working directly with patients.
• Previous chiropractic or medical office experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position
• Morning and evening availability required
• Approximately 4-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday scheduling
• No weekends
• Hourly compensation based on experience
