Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, telephone etiquette, collecting co-pays, and insurance verifications and pre-certifications.
• Assist chiropractors during treatment sessions, including setting patients up on non-invasive modalities.
• gather medical history, and document symptoms accurately
• Educate patients on care plans, post-treatment exercises, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health benefits

Experience

• Prior experience or strong familiarity in a physical medicine or medical office preferred.
• Prior experience with health insurance verifications and/or billing is a plus
• Chiropractic Assistant or Medical Assistant certification recognized, but not mandatory
• Ability to work with a team and a positive attitude are a must-have.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients on their health journey
