What they need
About the role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and organized team member to join our clinic as a Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients
- Manage appointments and registrations
- Handle WhatsApp, phone calls and enquiries
- Process payments and basic admin tasks
- Maintain client records
- Coordinate with the chiropractor
- Support daily clinic operations
About you
- Mandarin is compulsory to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly, approachable and good with people
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
- Rest days will be on weekdays
