Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

Looking for a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk to join our team!

We are a busy chiropractic clinic seeking a friendly, energetic and reliable Chiropractic Assistant to help support our patients and staff. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work directly with patients to ensure they receive the best care possible.

No experience necessary, we will train.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with paperwork and intake forms
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
• Assist with therapies and modalities
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and medical terminology is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
