Pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Our clinic operates Monday–Friday, with half days on Mondays and Fridays and no weekend clinic hours. Closed on Major holidays.

About the Role

Our chiropractic clinic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to support our doctors and help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their care.

The primary focus of this position is guiding patients through doctor-directed spinal exercises and therapies and assisting the doctors with patient examinations. You will also help with front-desk and administrative responsibilities as part of our team.

Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a candidate who communicates well, takes initiative, and is eager to learn.

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Guide patients through spinal exercises and therapies as directed by the doctors.
• Reinforce the doctors’ instructions and help patients understand how to complete their assigned exercises.
• Assist the doctors with patient examinations and related tasks within your training and assigned responsibilities.
• Prepare and organize patient-care areas and equipment.
• Communicate patient questions or concerns to the doctors.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience.

Additional Team Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with scheduling.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Prepare patient financial information and collect payments.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients.
• Assist with social media and marketing content.
• Participate in marketing and community events as scheduled.

• Previous chiropractic assistant, patient-care, or clinic administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Google Workspace—Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive—preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Availability and flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
