What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage a multi-line phone system and patient communication
• Schedule appointments and keep patient flow running smoothly
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter CPT codes accurately
• Use digital platforms for scheduling, messaging, and documentation
• Assist patients with therapies and basic office support
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and calming
• Partner closely with doctors and teammates to deliver an exceptional experience

Compensation

• $24-$26/hour base pay
• Performance Bonuses $1-3/hour
