Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the patient experience and supporting the chiropractic practice. You will assist with patient care, administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them in completing necessary paperwork.
• Conduct initial patient assessments to gather relevant health information.
• Provide support during chiropractic treatments and therapies.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and exercises to enhance recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and follow-up needs.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in patient service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and compassionately.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting within a clinical environment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
