We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and upbeat Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice. This is not just a front desk job—you’ll play a hands-on role in patient care and be an essential part of the treatment experience.

You’ll work side-by-side with the doctor using advanced therapies and technology—not just answering phones.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and guide patients through their visit with professionalism and warmth
• Assist the doctor with patient flow and rooming
• Apply therapies including:
• High-power laser
• Shockwave therapy
• Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)
• Traction/decompression
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises
• Perform digital posture screenings and foot scans for custom orthotics
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Associate Degree preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and data entry
• Basic math skills (payments, simple calculations)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Medical terminology experience is a plus (we will train the right person)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.71 - $17.71 per hour
