Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

We’re a growing chiropractic practice in Honolulu seeking a dedicated assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on clinical role — you’ll work directly alongside the doctor and patients each day, providing hands-on support rather than focusing solely on administrative duties. Responsibilities include assisting and guiding patients with mobility limitations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout each visit. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and eager to grow with our practice over time.

Responsibilities

● Greet, escort and room patients, prep for treatment

● Coordinate scheduling and follow up appointments as needed

● Maintain patient records and update charts after each visit

● Assist with therapy modalities (e-stim, traction, etc.)

● Take/process X-rays (certification support provided if needed)

● Manage scheduling, EHR documentation, and basic billing

● Keep treatment areas clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Requirements

● Ability to stand for long durations

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, patient-focused demeanor

● Prior CA or medical assistant experience preferred, not required

● Comfortable and proficient with computers/EHR systems

● Friendly, reliable, and calm under a busy schedule

● Hawaii radiologic tech registration (or willingness to obtain)

● CPR/first aid certification a plus

● Seeking a long-term commitment and interest in growing with the practice
