Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our chiropractic practice by ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate health information management.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with medical billing and collection processes.
• Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Utilize EHR systems for patient management and record keeping.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain Personal Injury notes and relationships with attorneys.
• Develop, Manage, and coordinate marketing strategies to attract new patients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital or dental office is Required, 1-3 years.
• Familiarity with medical billing, collection processes, and health information management is advantageous.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with ChiroHD or similar software systems is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
