Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractic practice by ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, a great smile, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the chiropractic office, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Perform insurance verification and assist with medical collections as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and files using electronic health record systems such as Meditech, Epic, or Athenahealth.
• Support the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as required.
• Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all medical office management protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a ; familiarity with chiropractic practices is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Meditech, Epic, Athenahealth, or similar platforms is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Knowledge of medical collection processes and insurance verification is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 33.0 per week
