Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Our team is seeking a kind, professional Chiropractic Assistant.

Part time requirements include:

• Greeting and checking patients in/out
• Process and maintain client files, activity and payments
• Booking appointments for multidisciplinary practitioners
• Provide excellent customer service/customer care answering phones and email
• Opening/closing duties

Experience, knowledge skills and abilities:

• Customer service with a Medical/Chiropractic background is an asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Competent using a computer to book appointments. (Basic knowledge of computer use is important. Software specific to our office will be taught on the job)
• Fluent in the English language (verbal and written)

This is a Part-time permanent position (6-8 hours) willing to work 8am-11am shifts and flexibility needed to potentially cover for co-worker.
