Compensation

Starting salary: $60,000-$80,000

In addition to your starting salary, this position offers a great opportunity to earn production-based bonuses.

Your earning potential can grow as you develop your patient relationships, clinical skills, and contribution to the practice.

Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience, schedule, and overall fit for the position.

What You'll Do

As a Chiropractic Associate Doctor, you will play an important role in the patient's experience and care journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing chiropractic consultations, examinations, and evaluations
• Reviewing patient history and relevant diagnostic information
• Developing appropriate chiropractic care recommendations
• Providing chiropractic adjustments and therapies within your scope of practice
• Educating patients about their condition and available care options
• Explaining examination findings and recommendations in a way patients can easily understand
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care recommendations when appropriate
• Building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their care
• Communicating and collaborating with other members of the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
• Participating in team meetings, training, and continuing education
• Helping create a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every patient

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active Texas chiropractic license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Ability to provide chiropractic care within the scope of Texas law
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and patient-focused demeanor
