Los Angeles United Spine Care is a chiropractic, acupuncture, and rehabilitation practice. We're a single-location clinic with private treatment rooms and a rehab area. We treat personal injury, insurance, and cash-pay patients

We're seeking a full-time, bilingual English/Spanish Rehab Aide to join our back office team. You'll support our chiropractors in helping injured patients improve movement, rebuild strength, and manage pain, and you'll make sure every patient understands their care.

What You'll Do

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training in the rehab area, following the treating chiropractor's plan of care

Teach correct form, monitor patient safety, and adjust cues based on how the patient is tolerating the exercise

Document and track patient exercise logs (exercises performed, sets/reps, progress, patient tolerance) accurately and on the same day, for chiropractor review

Room patients and keep patient flow on schedule between treatment rooms, the rehab area, and the doctor

Have patients prepped and ready in the room for the chiropractor after therapy

Keep treatment rooms and the rehab area clean, sanitized, stocked, and ready

Occasionally assist with patient intake: paperwork, history forms, and explaining forms to Spanish-speaking patients

Translate between the doctor and patient during visits, including medical and anatomical terminology

Occasionally support the front office as needed (check-in, phones, scheduling)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a chiropractic assistant, rehab aide, or similar back office role (PT aide experience welcome)

Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and [physical modalities, e.g., hot/cold packs, e-stim, ultrasound]

Solid working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise practices

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing), including medical terminology in Spanish. You must be able to explain body parts, symptoms, pain descriptions, and exercise instructions accurately. Fluency will be tested during the interview.

Strong communicator who can instruct and motivate patients clearly

Strong documentation habits and attention to detail

Able to stay on your feet, move between rooms, and lift up to 50 lbs

Professional, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office

Preferred

Experience with personal injury patients

Familiarity with EHR/practice management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
