Chiropractic Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities would include patient interaction and management, data entry, records, phones and insurance verification calls. Skills would require a high level of computer experience and customer service. High level of accuracy in reading, writing, and data entry. Customer service, face to face and phone. Previous experience in insurance verification needed. Excellence in accuracy, understanding insurance benefits and how it applies to services.

Job Type: Part-Time Candidate (31 Hours which may increase going forward) requires the ability to be a self starter in managing other projects when not checking out patients. Must be professional in communication and in appearance. Imperative to be a fast learner with computer technology, office procedures, and verbal scripting.

Must be able to:

• Interact with clients in a professional and engaging manner
• Perform scheduling and retail duties
• Able to call on insurance benefits, relay and document.
• Perform back office duties such as payment processing, inventory, keep databases updated, etc.
