Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist

Enumclaw Family Chiropractic is looking for an upbeat, optimistic and friendly front desk receptionist to be the person our patients see first and are greeted by when coming into the office! Our office is calm and relaxed but steadily busy with a homey touch.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering a multi-line phone
• Greeting & checking patients in and out
• Collecting copays and balances
• Fulfilling medical records requests
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
• Entering patient demographics
• Helping keep the office clean and tidy
• Other miscellaneous tasks to help the doctors, therapists and office manager

-Chiropractic/Medical Office Experience preferred
-Previous Receptionist Experience required
-Experience/Knowledge of Health Insurance is also a plus

Shift Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:45AM-12:00PM and 2:00PM-6:00PM (2 hour lunch)
• Every other Saturday 8:30AM-10:30AM
• We are closed Wednesdays so you would have that day off!
