CHIROPRACTIC THERAPY ASSISTANT

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic sports medicine practice seeking an energetic, dependable, and professional Therapy Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on position involving face-to-face interaction with patients. It is especially well suited for someone with experience in massage, assisted stretching, personal training, exercise instruction, rehabilitation, or another patient-care setting. No professional license is required, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Professional, polite, personable, and trustworthy
• Energetic, dependable, ethical, and team-oriented
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with patients
• Able to multitask effectively in a busy clinical environment
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude

Experience in massage, stretching, personal training, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or another healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Escorting and directing patients to treatment rooms
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with patient flow
• Setting patients up on passive therapeutic modalities
• Performing assisted stretching techniques following training
• Providing light soft-tissue mobilization following training
• Teaching and supervising prescribed rehabilitation exercises
• Scanning documents into patients’ electronic records
• Assisting with light administrative and office responsibilities
• Supporting other team members as needed

All team members are cross-trained to assist in different areas of the practice.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

• Approximately 25–30 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Starting compensation: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
• Anticipated start date: September 22, 2026
