AJ Chiropractic is a friendly, patient-centered chiropractic clinic dedicated to helping people feel better and live healthier lives.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our growing team!

If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we’d love to meet you. No prior chiropractic or medical experience is required — paid training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

● Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

● Assist with patient intake, medical histories, and vital signs.

● Prepare treatment rooms and assist the chiropractor with patient care.

● Help set up and prepare therapeutic equipment, including spinal decompression, laser, shockwave, and electrical stimulation, under appropriate supervision.

● Assist with patient education on exercises, stretches, and home care as directed by the chiropractor.

● Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage the appointment calendar.

● Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.

● Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients.

● Support daily clinic operations and work collaboratively with our team.

Qualifications

● Excellent customer service and communication skills.

● Friendly, caring, professional, and patient-focused attitude.

● Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Comfortable working with patients in a hands-on clinical environment.

● Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

● Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred but Not Required:

● Previous experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical offices.

● Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, or medical terminology.

● Bilingual in English/Korean or English/Spanish.
