Chiropractic/Decompression Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented and highly motivated person who is not overwhelmed by fast paced, high-stress environments. You would be responsible for assisting the doctors with their day to day patient flow, with an emphasis on direct patient care and helping with our decompression program.

Tasks include helping patients sign in, reviewing patient intake information with them in the treatment room to gather the information needed for the doctor, helping take vitals, setting patients up on therapies including interferential current therapy, and setting patients up on our spinal decompression table.

Because this position involves working directly with patients and properly positioning them for treatment, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with people and has good tactile skills. Experience or education in massage therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy, athletic training or a similar hands-on healthcare field would be a great fit, but is not necessarily required. Attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions are extremely important for this position.

This is a job that requires a strong work ethic, high energy, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task, all while having a smile on your face! We are looking for approximately 20–30 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on the situation of our ideal candidate. Fridays would likely be full work days, with occasional Saturday morning hours from 9–12 as needed.
