Chiropractor Assistant

Full Time

We are currently looking for a dependable, Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy clinic.

Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Closed daily from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling patients and managing appointment calendars
• Checking patients in and out for treatment visits
• Going over paperwork and expectations with new patients
• Performing daily patient recalls and follow-ups
• Logging and tracking daily office statistics
• Assisting with general office duties as needed
• Assisting providers with patient therapies and treatment flow
• Hooking patients up to electrical stimulation (E-Stim) therapy under provider supervision
• Assisting patients with prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapy routines
• Preparing treatment rooms and therapy equipment
• Monitoring patients during therapies and reporting concerns to providers
• Assisting with basic patient intake and treatment preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
• Assisting with scheduling and patient flow as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and compassionate attitude toward patients
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and office software knowledge required
• Previous medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
