Chiropractor Assistant

Join our healthcare team as a Chiropractor Assistant. In this role, you will support our chiropractors with patient care, treatment preparation, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Core Duties:

• Patient Intake: Greet patients, assist with check-in, gather medical histories, and explain treatment processes.
• Treatment Support: Prepare rooms, organize equipment, and assist with patient positioning, stretching, or therapies under supervision.
• Records Management: Accurately update patient files and tracking data using our medical software system.
• Patient Education: Provide general wellness information regarding anatomy, recovery, and home care.
• Telehealth Tracking: Help manage communications between patients and providers via in-person or virtual platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills to easily manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
