Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and patient-focused Chiropractor to lead and manage the daily operations of our chiropractic practice. This dual-role position combines expert chiropractic care with effective practice management, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes while overseeing daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based chiropractic treatments, managing patient care plans, and leading a team to maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chiropractic evaluations, treatments, and ongoing patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Oversee daily office operations' and help maintain an organized, efficient practice.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling and, follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Build positive relationships with patients and support patient retention.
• Collaborate with office staff to provide an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state chiropractic license
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communcation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Previous chiropractic office management or leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
