Chiropractor

About the role

As our Chiropractor, you'll be taking full ownership of your patients' care; from first consultation through to long-term rehab and prevention. You'll work hand-in-hand with our physiotherapists so patients get one coherent treatment strategy, not fragmented care.

Key responsibilities

• Run thorough clinical assessments (history, orthopaedic, neurological, postural, functional) and build individualised treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on chiropractic care; adjustments of different disciplines and techniques, dry needling, sports chiropractic techniques where relevant
• Work hand-in-hand with our physiotherapists so patients get one coherent treatment strategy, not fragmented care
• Educate patients clearly — findings, options, risks, and what recovery actually looks like
• Keep clean, accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans, follow-ups)
• Help grow ChiroKin's presence in Penang— health talks, workshops, corporate wellness events, and community outreach
• Stay sharp through CPD and contribute to a culture of clinical learning within the team

About you

• Recognised chiropractic qualification, eligible to practise in Malaysia
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Solid grasp of musculoskeletal conditions and rehab principles
• A patient-first, ethical approach — and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sports chiropractic, rehab, or multidisciplinary practice
• Additional training: dry needling, scoliosis management, prenatal/postpartum care, paediatric or geriatric rehab
• Experience running workshops, talks, or community health programmes
