Chiropractor

We are building a team are you in?

Chiropractors, whether you are just starting out or feeling ready for your next level, this is for you.

I’m hiring 1 Chiropractor right now in Smiths Falls, Ontario.

You‘d be steeping into a busy, family-focused chiropractic practice with:

• consistent patient flow and strong referrals
• A focus on pediatrics, pregnancy, nervous system regulation and development
• Ongoing mentorship and support (not thrown into the fire to figure it out)
• A team that works together and wants to see you grow

You get to focus on care, we take care of the rest.

This could be a great fit if you’re:

• A newer Doc who wants to build clinical skills + confidence quickly
• An experienced Chiropractor who wants to simplify and love practice again
• Someone who genuinely loves working with babies, kids and families
• Growth-driven and open to mentorship + feedback

Our Culture: (*this part matters a lot):

At Ease Family Chiropractic, we are building a team that;

• Holds a high standard, personally and professionally
• Is proactive, solution focused and forward moving
• Cares deeply about the experience we create for our people
• Works together, not in silos
• We don’t micromanage
• We trust, support and expect ownership

The goal is something that supports your growth long term.

This environment works best if you:

• Take initiative without waiting to be told
• Are open to feedback
• Are comfortable in a fast moving, growing practice
• Communicate well and care about performing at a high level

The big picture - this isn’t just a job, we want you to:

• Grow into the Chiropractor you want to be
• Refine skills in a meaningful way
• Have a support team instead of doing it all on your own
• Be part of something that’s making an impact

If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect. Email: [email protected] to say hello with your CV and resume. Please include a 1 minute audio or video file introducing yourself and why you think you’d be a great fit at Ease Family Chiropractic.
