Join a Growing Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Team

Hope 2 Health Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our collaborative healthcare team in London, Ontario.

Our clinic currently consists of 4 Physiotherapists and 2 Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) who work closely together to provide exceptional patient care. We believe in a team-based approach to rehabilitation, creating strong opportunities for internal referrals, collaboration, and professional growth.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful chiropractic practice within an established and growing multidisciplinary clinic.

Position Details

• 20-30 hours per week
• Flexible schedule across 4 days per week
• Established clinic with growing patient demand
• Private treatment room provided
• Administrative support and direct billing available
• Collaborative team environment with cross-referral opportunities

Compensation

• Competitive split compensation model
• Split percentage based on experience, skill set, and professional background
• Strong earning potential through clinic-generated referrals and self-generated patient base

Responsibilities

• Conduct chiropractic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary case management when appropriate

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• New graduates and experienced Chiropractors are welcome to apply
