We are seeking a Chiropractor to work in Redwood City, CA

Vibrant Niche is looking for a confident, relationship-driven Chiropractor who wants to do more than deliver adjustments. Your part-time Chiropractor role (evolving to full-time) helps active adults, athletes, and families better understand their bodies, recover well, move better, and stay engaged in the activities they love.

This is an opportunity for someone who is an excellent communicator and passionate about building a meaningful, long-term practice within an established wellness setting while developing authentic relationships throughout the community.

Techniques: Manual Adjustments, Diversified, Drop Table, Extremities, A.R.T. and other soft tissue modalities
Practice Style: Subluxation, Functional Health-Based Practice

What You'll Do

You’ll combine skilled chiropractic care with movement-based rehabilitation and soft-tissue techniques to create individualized care plans for every patient.

This is not simply an adjustment-based position. Biomechanical assessment is a core part of our approach and an everyday part of the clinical process. You’ll evaluate posture, movement, biomechanics, and functional limitations to guide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

You’ll:

• Perform thorough examinations, posture and movement assessments, and review diagnostic imaging.
• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform manual adjustments using Diversified, drop-table, extremity, and other appropriate techniques.
• Apply Active Release Technique (ART), Graston, kinesiology taping, and other soft-tissue techniques as appropriate.
• Guide patients through corrective exercise, mobility, stability, and return-to-activity programs.
• Apply biomechanics and movement principles to injury prevention, performance, recovery, and sustainable movement.
• Educate patients on their biomechanics, treatment plans, progress, and ways to support their care outside the office.
• Document care thoroughly and communicate consistently with patients.
• Provide a welcoming, safe, and patient-centered experience.

PCollaboration is Central to Our Approach

Great care doesn’t happen in a silo. You’ll collaborate and co-manage patients with coaches, Pilates instructors, massage therapists, medical doctors, and other healthcare and wellness providers.

You’ll:

• Communicate with other providers involved in a patient’s care.
• Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals when needed.
• Share clinical insights and contribute to an integrated care experience.
• Build relationships with healthcare, fitness, and wellness professionals in the community.

We’re looking for someone who is energized by growth and enjoys developing authentic relationships in the community. You’re more than just skilled in palpation, assessment, and adjustments - we want a go-getter who can build and retain a client base! If you're dedicated, reliable, and a great communicator who is willing to self-promote through various marketing channels, such as Google Business, Yelp, Craigslist, Nextdoor, and other social media platforms, we have a place for you!

You’ll have opportunities to:

• Build and retain a strong patient base through exceptional care and follow-through.
• Participate in community education, workshops, small-group classes, events, and corporate wellness outreach.
• Create short-form educational content, articles, and other resources that help patients discover and understand our services.
• Develop relationships with local coaches, fitness professionals, healthcare providers, and wellness partners.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Vibrant Niche Chiropractic’s reach and impact.

Skills & Requirements

2–3 years of experience or training in the following:

• Doctor of Chiropractic license
• Diversified, drop-table, Activator, and extremity adjusting
• Active Release Technique (ART)
• Graston or other instrument-assisted soft-tissue modalities
• Kinesiology taping
• Corrective exercise and rehabilitation programming

Preferred experience or training in:

• Kinesiology or a related degree/training
• Sports chiropractic, athletic performance, and return-to-play care
• Athletic taping
• CCEP or similar extremity-adjusting training
• CCSP

Expected Starting Hours: 16 hours per week
Location: Redwood City, CA

• Flexible. Monday through Saturday, starting part-time
• Interested in building a long-term business in a health & wellness setting
