Compensation: $95K–$115K base + monthly incentive bonuses + annual bonus and raise

Prestige Health & Wellness is a multidisciplinary practice with chiropractors, physical therapists, and occupational therapists working side by side across four Manhattan locations. What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain to occupational issues
• Build individualized care plans using adjustments, soft tissue work, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-informed techniques
• Coordinate directly with our PT and OT teams for patients who need more than one discipline, with real collaboration beyond a referral pad
• Interpret imaging and track outcomes, adjusting care based on how patients actually progress
• Teach patients about their bodies, posture, ergonomics, and prevention so they leave with a plan, not just relief
• Keep clean, compliant, timely documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Active, unrestricted New York State chiropractic license
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Experience in acute pain, sports, occupational, or trigger point work is a plus
