Chiropractor – New Grand Rapids Location

Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time | 1099 | $70,000–$105,000

We are expanding into West Michigan and are looking for an experienced Chiropractor to help establish and grow our new Grand Rapids location.

This is not a typical associate chiropractor position. Our organization currently operates multiple injury-focused clinics in Metro Detroit, supported by an experienced team with an established model for treating and managing patients injured in accidents. Grand Rapids represents the next stage of our growth, and we are looking for the right Chiropractor to become an important part of that expansion.

The position will initially be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time schedule as the office grows. For the right candidate, we would also consider a full-time arrangement from the beginning.

About Our Practice

Our clinics focus primarily on patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. We believe the chiropractic office plays an important role in coordinating a patient's overall recovery rather than simply providing adjustments.

Our providers are supported by an experienced operational team and established systems emphasizing quality patient care, consistent treatment, strong documentation, patient communication and appropriate coordination with other medical providers and specialists.

The Grand Rapids Chiropractor will have the advantage of joining an established organization with years of experience in the personal injury space while also having the opportunity to help shape and grow a brand-new location.

Position Details

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start
• Opportunity to transition into full-time as the office grows
• Full-time may be considered immediately for the right candidate
• No evenings
• No weekends
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation range: $60,000–$105,000 depending on experience, qualifications and schedule
• Expected start date: October 2026

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries
• Develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans
• Refer patients out for MRIs and specialty providers as needed
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and appropriate conservative therapies
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients regarding their injuries, treatment and recovery
• Identify when additional diagnostic testing or specialty evaluation may be appropriate
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers involved in the patient's treatment
• Help establish a high standard of patient care and professionalism at the new Grand Rapids location

Our clinics utilize a variety of conservative treatment modalities that may include chiropractic manipulation, therapeutic exercise, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, intersegmental traction, TENS and other non-invasive treatment options.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active Michigan Chiropractic license in good standing
• Experienced Chiropractor preferred
• MVA/personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists
• Familiarity with personal injury documentation and treatment protocols is highly desirable

Growth Opportunity

We are specifically looking for someone interested in growing with us.

The Grand Rapids office is a new location, but it will be supported by an established organization with five existing clinics, experienced providers and an operational team familiar with building and managing injury-focused practices.

The initial three-day schedule provides an opportunity to join the practice as the patient base develops, with the potential to expand into a full-time role as volume increases. An experienced Chiropractor who wants to take a larger role in the growth and development of the Grand Rapids location would be especially attractive to us.
