Chiropractor (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Future Lead Doctor Opportunity

Invictus Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for a driven chiropractor to join our team, with a clear path to become our Lead Doctor and take on a clinical leadership role.

Since 2017, we've built a thriving family practice serving Cypress and the surrounding community. Our patients range from infants and expecting mothers to athletes, active adults, and whole families.

We see 200–250 patient visits per week, and our full-time schedule is just 27 adjusting hours per week. You'll stay busy with a strong, established patient base while keeping a schedule that leaves room for life outside the office.

We want someone who genuinely loves chiropractic, loves people, and wants to be part of a team with a big vision.

What we're looking for:

• A licensed chiropractor, whether you're an experienced doctor or a recent graduate eager to grow
• Excellent adjusting skills and strong communication with patients
• A passion for family, pediatric, prenatal, and wellness care
• Confidence leading consultations and reports of findings, and recommending care plans
• A gift for building relationships and delivering an exceptional patient experience
• A desire to lead, mentor others, and help grow a practice
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you want more than a typical associate job
• Enthusiasm for using additional tools, including shockwave therapy and spinal decompression (coming soon)

Helpful experience: Webster Technique, TRT, and Diversified are a plus, but not required. Alignment with our philosophy, culture, and vision matters more than any single technique.

What we offer:

• Full-time position at 27 adjusting hours per week, with part-time schedules also available
• Starting Pay range of $40,000–$80,000 per year, based on schedule and experience
